Bruce is based in Melbourne, Australia. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours pending credit verification.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Melbourne. Flat rate of $10 domestic, as well as an Express service with insurance for $20

For all orders to New Zealand, a shipping fee of $25 will be charged.

For shipping to all other international locations, we offer two flat-rate shipping options:
AUD $45- Standard International Service including tracking, approximately 5-10 business days.
AUD $65 - International Express Service including tracking and insurance, approximately 2-4 business days
You may be responsible for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.
When shipping to international addresses, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated, and are not necessarily guaranteed.
International Rejection Notices
Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.
Bruce does not accept returns on any order. Please ensure to check all images, descriptions and measurements of the garment before purchasing.
All of our items are pre-owned, we inspect all garments multiple times for any flaws or faults. They have been steamed, however some items may have a degree of wear, which means they may not feel new.
All items state their condition within their description. If a particular flaw exists with a garment, this will be stated and the item will be sold “as is” and it is likely that the price will be a reflection of that flaw.
Many of our pieces are in a brand new condition, have never been worn and come with their original tags and/or packaging. If so, this will be stated within their individual description.
